Let’s talk white chocolate. Let’s talk gooey goodness. Let’s talk WHITE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES! These are a must try recipe!
Making these was a bit of a fluke. I was planning on making the usual chocolate brownies but the grocery store didn’t have any milk chocolate melts. Rather than going to the confectionery aisle to buy a block, I decided to use WHITE chocolate melts instead and man oh man was that the best decision ever!
Its only seven ingredients and its possible to mix it all in one bowl, just make sure it’s microwaveable.

One thing I love about this recipe is that you can use any chocolate, as long as it will melt. I have done it with milk, caramel and dark chocolate melts and they are all incredible. Caramel is definitely one you must try!
Now, lets talk about salt. A lot of people don’t realise how important it can be in a sweet dessert like brownies or cookies. - ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Basically, start at the top of the ingredient list, put an item in the bowl and mix it up then move on to the next item. So like this …
These portions make brownies that are roughly 2cm thick when using a 31cm slice tray. If you are wanting really indulgent brownies, you can easily double or just add half to each ingredient to make them a little thicker. They will just need a few extra minutes cooking time.
